iCampusAfrica Customization Process

Project starts with the existing system analysis, data migration and customization requirements. iCampusAfrica Account is created on Cloud for the Institution. Accounts module is configured for the necessary Account Ledgers. All the Groups, Classes and Subjects are being Setup. Students and Staff Data has been imported from the Excel sheets provided by the Institution. Attendance process is initiated for taking Attendance of Students and Staff. Examination process is configured for conducting the Exams. Fees Receipts is configured and Students Fees Collections are initiated. Transportation module is setup for managing the Vehicles and Drivers. Hostel module is setup for initiating the Accommodation details of Students. Finally, SMS and Voice Calls are initiated and the Balance is being Credited to the Institution Accounts. The Customization is successfully achieved through Client's continous support and a team work.
